From AI Workflows to Installed GTM System
Tools don't compound. Systems do. This issue shows what installed actually looks like.
AI becomes valuable when it is installed into how the team works.
Otherwise, every new tool gets bolted on, tested for a sprint, and abandoned the moment the person who set it up gets busy. The workflow may function, but it never becomes part of the operating system of the team.
We start upstream with Olly Jones laying out the six layers that separate a real installed AI GTM system from a workflow that only runs when its builder remembers to run it: inputs, workflow, human review, tools and handoffs, learning, and an operator to keep it from drifting. From there, HiveMind in the Wild makes that abstract case concrete. Creative OS takes the brand book that usually becomes a PDF nobody opens again and installs it as a machine-readable layer every AI tool on the team can load and use.
Myosin Learns follows the same idea down a level, showing marketers with zero coding background how to install Claude Code itself: project structure, persistent context, and reusable skills. And Chain Reactions Live returns this week as its own installed system, a live show running on a fixed rhythm so we are not starting from zero every two weeks to figure out what actually moved in the market.
Installed once. Useful every time after.

MYOSIN LEARNS: Claude Code for Beginners — The Complete Basics Course
Most people who hear "Claude Code" assume it's for engineers. It isn't. This week's Myosin Learns is a full, zero-to-building walkthrough built for marketers with no coding background at all.
It starts with the basics: what Claude Code actually is, how it differs from a regular chatbot, and how project folders, CLAUDE.md files, and permissions work. From there it moves into real setup: installing Claude Code in VS Code, structuring a project (src, assets, output, .env, .gitignore), and writing prompts that hold up under real use.
The part worth your time: skills. The video covers the difference between global and local skills, where to find reputable third-party skills on Anthropic's GitHub repo, and how to build your own. All demoed live with a LinkedIn post skill and a front-end design skill that builds a landing page from scratch.
If you've been putting off Claude Code because it looked like a developer tool, this is the version built for you.
Chain Reactions Live #0004: Apple vs. OpenAI, Reddit as the Gen Z GOAT, Google for Creators
Chain Reactions is back! The crew goes live to break open the stories marketers have been arguing about all week.
This episode covers the widening gap between west and east AI models, Apple's positioning against OpenAI, why Reddit keeps winning Gen Z's attention over more polished platforms, and Google's new push to help creators curate discovery. Jeff Marsilio joins to break down the brand and commercial strategy behind the Newton Foundation.
Plus: the return of the audience-favorite segment, a guessing game built entirely on riddles and emojis.
You Don't Need More AI Tools, You Need the System Installed
Most AI marketing workflows fail because nothing was ever actually installed.
The default move is to add another tool, run another pilot, ship another impressive one-off workflow and call that progress. This week, Olly Jones argues that's the wrong axis entirely. More tools don't compound. A connected system does.
The piece lays out six layers that separate a real installed system from a workflow that only runs when its builder remembers to run it: inputs, workflow, human review, tools and handoffs, learning, and an operator who keeps it from drifting. Skip any layer and what you have is just borrowed attention.
The insight worth sitting with: a workflow that depends on one person isn't infrastructure, it's a favor you're doing yourself that will eventually stop.
Hivemind in the Wild: Creative OS

Most brand systems are built to be presented once and ignored forever.
An agency delivers the strategy, voice guidelines, visual direction, and manifesto in a polished PDF. The team approves it. Then the document disappears into a folder while the company creates hundreds of new assets through ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and whatever tool comes next.
Creative OS turns the brand from a document into an installed system.
It begins with a 15-minute founder interview and produces two versions of the same brand foundation: a human-readable guide for the team and a machine-readable .brand-os folder that can be loaded directly into the AI tools doing the work.
Hivemind runs the strategy and voice layer. It draws the narrative out of the founder, calibrates the language, and converts the conversation into persistent context that every downstream workflow can use.
That is the bigger idea behind installed systems.
The value is not the manifesto Creative OS creates on day one. It is that the next landing page, campaign, sales deck, agent, and social post no longer starts from zero.
The brand gets installed once, then compounds across the work.
What does your team need to install next?
Reply with the workflow that still depends on someone remembering to run it.
Book a workflow audit to get one workflow properly installed, or ask about FDM to build the full system around your team’s real GTM motion.
That’s it for this week.
