THE MOAT IS THE MEMORY
Execution gets you started. Organizational learning is what compounds.
The fastest teams aren't winning because they're doing more. They're winning because they're learning faster and building systems that retain what they learn.

Inside the HiveMind Hackathon
Last week, the Myosin team hosted the HiveMind Hackathon as HiveMind officially moved beyond MVP and into its go-to-market phase.
What emerged was bigger than a collection of AI marketing tools. Creative OS, paid media systems, founder workflows, and social tooling were all built on top of the HiveMind API and connected through a shared memory and context layer. As foundation models rapidly commoditize, we believe the real moat is no longer the model itself, it is organizational memory, accumulated context, and the systems that continuously learn over time.

AI Skool: From Automation to Acquisition

Most marketers are still doing manually what machines could be running for them.
This week's module closes that gap fast.
You'll start by building an automated news aggregator in n8n that pulls from multiple RSS sources, filters through an AI layer, and lands a clean digest in your inbox without you touching it. From there, the module moves into lead generation: vibe coding a quiz-based lead magnet with Google AI Studio, using Claude to sharpen the questions, and deploying the whole thing for free on Vercel. Then you connect it. The quiz feeds into n8n, n8n feeds into Google Sheets, and your lead capture runs on its own.
The final piece is the landing page. Built in Lovable, refined with Claude so it doesn't read like it came from a template, and wired directly to your database so every new email address is logged automatically.
